Dave,

Sorry I cannot help re the Gaz settings.

What's with the nice looking ali hubs or whatever on your profile.

4 to 5 stud conversion?

Nice looking work.

If it can be of help, this is how I went about it.
The setting I aimed for was for fast road and occasional trackdays.
First some information as it can affect the result: GAZ all around, standard springs at the back, fronts are uprated, standard 15 inch rims with 205/60 tyres.
To find the setting for my liking, I started with all set in the middle.
Front then was set to stiffer until I liked it (about 7 clicks I think).
The rear needs a softer setting, same procedure and about 4 clicks makes the back stick best to the road.

Thats good advice - I started on hard and drove 300 yards and nearly puked .. then clicked back 4 .. again nearly puked . clicked back 4 .. and things were better.
