Not shouting too loud yet, but I think I have gone and bought it. Well on Sunday I will have when I go to pick it up

ETA on a side note, sold the S2 tonight. Guy left the house in it to travel 280ish miles home, ten minutes later he rings me up to say the throttle cable had snapped. How bad is that!!!!
An hour later and some choccy block connectors and he is on his way again

Yep, just got home now. Few issues with it so got it quite a bit less than advertised price. Over fuelling is the first one to sort. It pops and bangs like a goodun. Get ready for loads of questions and thanks in advance

Mrs TT says I must point out that it is parked outside bother in laws house and not mine. (cos ours is far biggerlaugh )

Waiting for the insurance stiff cat to come through before I can tax it. Previous owner hadn't taxed it or, as far as I can figure SORN'd it since October. DVLA say no probs, just do it at PO and if anything is owed, they go after him.

Looks great....although I may be bias as it is the same colour as mine laugh

I think this car has been sold a few times in the last months, I remember a guy in Preston sold this and a Yellow one at the same time, I looked at the yellow one just after this one had gone. Glad it has gone to someone now who really wants it !

I think that car belonged to Kenneth Robertson who sold it in July 2008 needing work, I believe it was bought by a guy from preston that beat me to it! There are pictures of it on photobucket with the original rear spoiler. At least I think it is the same car.

Thats why its parked at brother in laws house, 80 miles away from mine.furious For legal reasons it was carried to his house and I had to come home in my tin top.
He is driving it to mine tomorrow when I organise RFL today.

The guy I bought it from, got it last October but has never used it because of personal reasons. These were explained on the day. Was MoTd October but never taxed. So i am the third owner within 12 months.
It has been on the occasional track before , hence the roll cage and had quite extensive head work in the past with receipts.

I have never made a bad purchase to date, hope this one doesn't turn around and bite me evil
