drivers seat belt

Does anyone have a drivers side seatbelt for an FHC 280i 1981.

Is it the same as the 350i ?

Is it a bit frayed along the edges? Top tip - run a cigarette lighter quickly along the frayed bits and - hey presto - no frayed bits!

I have both seat belts for a 400SE surplus to requirements in a box in the garage .. reels, and anchors I do believe

Care required with seat belts from a BL Mini. They are too long and will not retract all the way when fitted in the original position to my 450SE. I have had mine repositioned and are now attached to the chassis.
