Well having now stripped my 400 I have a complete 400SE Dash, that will be very soon back to fibreglass

So if anyone wants measurements or even take a mould of it let me know as I probably won't be using for a while !

Hi Paul,
Not sure how hot the engine got, but you may want to take the engine out, and change all the rubber seals like the crank seals, as they may have melted on gone a bit brittle.
Also I assume they are letting you buy it back with all the work your doing.

Agree.
I bought an axle off a fire-damaged car years ago, and seals in diff were fried.

I'd happily take a mould from the dash but you're about 300 miles away from here...

Paul, when your done, I need to enlist your help to remove my dash, and sort out the ventilation and illumination on my Wedge.
