It says they are TVR Tuscan Challenge parts but those flanges sure don't look like they are drilled for IDA or IDF carbs. Perhaps some sort of a IR EFI throttle body?

Probably a very reasonable price being that they are new.

I would guess they are 48mm - which is idea for 400+ bhp but far too big and not
good for 280~300bhp
