Yes you will need one H4 headlamp, a brake/tail combination, a tail on its own, and a sidelight bulb (smaller than tails), I think that covers the indicators too?
Don't forget a warning triangle and TWO high-vis waistcoats, one of which kept in the cockpit so you can get at it without opening the door. And a first aid kit with morphine in it ;^)
