Diff & Gearbox oil

I know ts been covered before but the search on Pistonheads is still not working , so could people let me know what they recommend for the axle & gearbox on my 1990 350i.

Castrol SMX-S for the box, do you have an LSD (powerlock)?

as Convert, SMX-S for the gearbox. If it's an LSD, Motul and Silkolene are both brands that do an oil specifically for LSD's, and that I have used.

Ditto SMX-S. Castrol also do an LSD diff oil which I use in the back, seems OK.
