The last time I saw it, it was being loaded onto a flat bed in Nurburg on May 16th frown

I've got nothing really to say, but I really want it back so I can make some noise again.

You could have pushed it back from there in 3 months! Where is it now then?

It's been at TVR specialist for 2 months now. But it took 4 weeks for ADAC to get the car back, and they would only deliver it straight to a garage.

Once there was 3-4 weeks for a new rad and cooling fan to be fitted.

Since then it's just been an on-going drama, with bits and pieces (chassis problems, master cylinder failure etc.) and now the MOT has run out so going through the bits & pieces for that.

And then when I do get finally get it back I'm going to have to change the camshaft.

The trouble is that the more time it spends not being used, the more bits and pieces seem to fall apart.

Can't be much of a specialist if it takes them 4 weeks to fit a radiator and fan. Whereabouts?

Devon. To be fair to them it seemed to take 1 week to get the rad out and for the rad company to decide it was knackered and a re-core couldn't be done. 2 and bit weeks lead time to have a new rad manufactured. And then a couple of days to deliver and fit it.

Damn frustrating though.

You think that's bad - mine's been off the road since last May! Back soon I hope and it should be worth the wait.

Got it back this weekend!! driving Put the smile back on my face! biggrin

It's desperate for a new camshaft and lifters so that's the next job.

Also, an easy question for you folks; fuel filler caps, are they from a ford or a standard unit or what?
