What a difference a new (to me, thanks Barrington) set of shocks and brakes on the front have done to the handling of the car, its like a whole new and entirely fantastic driving experience.
She no longer bounces around like a jelly and stops, in a straight line, and pretty well for a 30 year old car too!! Im chuffed to bits. biggrin
I cant wait to do the rear shocks now!!

It wasnt until I was about a mile into my test drive that I remebered not remebering the golden rule of 'always check you wheel nuts after putting the wheels on' and immediatley turned round to go home.
Once home I realised that although the nuts were done up pretty good, although not correctley, I had also left the poxy locking nut attachement attached to the nut.... bks! it must have fallen off! furious

idea So, off out on the push bike to have a scan for the bloody thing, and just as I was turning round in the same spot as earlier, there it was sitting in the gutter, 3 inches form the deain cover.... WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO woohoobeer
