I recently recieved some pre loved shocks for the Tasmin, but unfortunately one of the bottom bushes on the rear shocks is past its best, Im actually suprised as the other three were spot on.
Anyway, Ive been in touch with 2 Koni suppliers and even called Koni (without a reply) but I dont seem to be able to get the bottom bush as a spare.

Can anyone turn me up a single poly bush and steel sleeve?? \o rknow where to get them from? (Ivr tried Steve Heath already)

I can do it myself, but that just means messing around ordering 3 foot of polyeurathane rod and begging the use of a local machine shops lathe for half an hour.

Just a thought that perhaps somone may be able to help.

other option would be to replace them all with Spherical Bearings (Like rose joints but without the rod) same as what Nitron etc use.

Thanks for the offer Russ,
Unfortunately Im over in Gravesend so it would probably cost as much in Juice as it would to buy a new one.. cheers all the same.

Leigh, are you saying that an interference fit bearing in the sleeve would work? or perhaps two with a spacer and no rubber dampening at all??

Hmmmm, better take some dims.

Have you tried any of the polybush manufacturers with some dimensions - maybe its a slim chance but its worth a try - something might already be in production thats close.

Thanks for the call Leigh.

Ill be ordering two of the above tomorrow.

Ill have to shim them as the OD needs to be 28mm/ 1"1/8, but that shouldnt be a problem as Ive got some HDPE or some neoprene that will make up the difference and give a good fit.

Thanks again
