hi guys im still trying to get the drivers side light pod to work, both lights are working on high and low beam, i have replaced all 3 pod motor relays but still don't work, would the tiny diode on the left of the relay box just stop one pod working? or if it as failed would both pods stop working?
i have fiddled with the wires near the motor to see if theres a loose connection but no joy, i guess the pod motor could have failed.
any ideas?

Having had this issue recently i checked every thing (relays, voltages, earths etc), if everything behaves correctly including the voltage at the motor pod relay coil pin then its likely the switch in the motor pod. Havin spend weeks checking everything ended up taking the motor switch apart and cleaning the switch contacts and replacing the two diodes (Maplin 16 pence each, seemed silly not to while i was in there) . Works a treat now biggrin , plus its so simple to do that anyone with a soldering iron can do it in about 10 mins. Worth considering if everything seems right.

The missus told me to dismantle the motor pod straight away but i ignored her... mad still not lived that one down (how much fun she has bringing it up rolleyes
