The tracking settings have been given on the forum before if you do a search, but on the clutch side of things there are different ones available, all of which will fit.
I would suggest fitting an upgraded one although it might cost a bit extra, as changing the clutch is a bit of a pain, and something that you don't want to do too often.
RTracing fitted a Borg and Beck to my 400SE, which was correct original.
For real belt and braces the Griffith 500 clutch can be fitted.
Might be worth giving Richard Thorpe a call for some advice,rather than taking a chance on ebay for instance.
