My 400SE has gone.............

.................to D & C Trim for a complete new carpet set. First time I've been to Bristol Ave, it was interesting and sad all at the same time. I've taken a couple of 'before' pics and will obviously get some 'after' pics when I get it back in a week or so as I'm changing the colour from Grey to Red.

This is the start of the 'return it to mint condition bit by bit' idea I had when I bought it, all I need is more cash

I was in there last week, week before.... and they mentioned another wedge coming in.

Was the black 350i still there?

Sure it will be a cracking job.

Still weighing things up with the 390, as i am thinking of sending mine there too.

Yep, the guy is really going to town on that apparently. Body off, chassis checked/sorted as needed and then powder coated, then full body respray, new hood and then fully re-trimmed. The roof looked excellent already to me and the bodywork didn't look that bad They also said that the chassis was pretty good as well.

Anyway, good to see one getting pampered, no chance I can scrape the funds together to have everything done at the same time!!!!

I was thinking the 350 looked really tidy to, said to Mike from surface i could have had it looking like a mirror with a bit of elbow grease.

Should be a belter when done.

Looking forward to seeing the work on your 400.
