Christmas presents already! BBWF 2011 date and venue!

Hi to you all!

Well we have decided after a lot of thought what's happening ref BBWF 2011.

It's at Ettington Chase on the Saturday the 16th of July. (Adam will be posting up booking details shortly)
Yes we know it's the same place but we feel it offers the best alround package and location in the country.

We have intially formed a committee to run the event and listed below are the names and there responsibilities at present.

Main Organiser: Andy Hutcheson.
Responsible for commnication and overall control. (Basically it's my head on the block)

Assistant Organiser: Adam Quantrill.
Responsible for contact with Ettington Chase and the booking arrangments. He is also going to liaise with our friends form Holland!

Assistant Organiser: Henry Harris.
Responsible for traders and obtaining sponorship!

If you wish to make a comment or want to suggest anything please contact the relevant member of the committiee.

We hope you are happy with the above arrangments and look forward to your replies

Have to wait for the race schedule to be I can confirm, but will be there if it don't clash, either with the racer or the 400SE, esp as the 400SE should be fully finished by then.
