Hi

I am having problems trying to replace the snap on steering wheel on my SEAC!
After removing the old snap on wheel I have fitted a standard wheel to the boss, problem I am having, is the Horn button will not go in due to nut on the steering shaft filling the hole in the boss so there no depth for the horn button to sit in!
Also I am in need of the metal ring which holds the horn button in place.

Has anybody got any ideas or pics of the set up, plus has anyone got a spare metal ring (This is not the same as the early ring the location holes are differently spaced apart)

Andy

Doesn't push in or out but you might be able to butcher it for bits.

Washer! were are you suggesting I should fit one! There is one in front of the nut, but that is not the reason why I have no room!

Wyn

I alreaday have a couple of those thanks! It's the metal ring which goes between the wheel and the boss which the horn button push pushes into I need!

Also has anybody got a pic of the SEAC wheel so I can see if I am missing anything.

Obviously with the weather like it is I am in no hurry!
