Coolant header tank

OK, so this is cheeky because I don't even own a TVR, but what the hell, if you don't ask you don't get.

I've got a 1977 Reliant Scimitar (don't laugh, it's lovely) and I'm modifying the cooling system. I'm trying to get hold of the same type of coolant header tank as fitted to many TVR Wedges:

Can anyone tell me either what other (more mundane) car this tank was fitted to, or otherwise help me to get hold of one?

Pretty sure its from Ford capri 2.8
RT Racing should be able to help
