I presume you mean the actually alloy wheel centres, not the TVR badge thingy.
I've been looking for ages and have posted a number of times - no joy. I look on ebay almost every day but no joy either.
Someone could probably make a small killing if they could manufacture something similar to the original. It can't be that difficult, as they look simple enough.
Let me know if you find a source!

I looked into making replacement wheel centres for my Tasmin (the 'original' dish pattern of Wedge wheels).
You could turn them up from solid alloy bar on alathe, but they're hollow, of course, to clear the hub nut and save weight. If you turned them from solid you would be throwing away a lot of scrap alloy, and unless you happened to have a skipload of turnings it wouldn't be worth weighing them in for scrap!
The original centres are cast alloy: you can't do that very easily at home unless you happen to have a furnace that will reach 800 degrees+ ... and a suitable mould.
A limited production run at a small foundry might work, but you'd still need a mould making first, and since most of the larger foundries I visit are struggling to make ends meet, they wouldn't be interested unless you wanted 10,000 a shift - hardly likely!
It might be worth chasing OZ themselves to see if they have any lying around, if not it may take someone like Leven Technology to create a replica... but at what cost?
