Brake upgrade kit

Hi,

about to go down the route of a brake upgrade kit.
Disks are warped aahhh....

Is there anybody I can purhcase the kit from ?

Want to buy the parts and get my friend the trusty
spanners to do the conversion for me.

Also do you upgrade front only or is back necessary
as well. Also wondering what the kits cost.

Any help or referals much appreciated.
