Well I think I decided that I'm not going to put the ford 302 I bought last year in the 280i but rather wait a couple years and go with the new rustang 6 cyl in there. 305hp, 280lbs/ft in a package weighing in under 300lbs. Its smaller in every dimension. I just hope the tranny will fit. Wiring should be fun though. Gauges will be an issue I'd suppose.

305 HP!?! That's going to interesting in the wet with trailing arms!

You'd probably be best to get aftermarket engine managment on there to get it running, I imagine the Ford stuff would be a bit complex.

Does it come with a manual box?
