Perhaps there could be league table at BBWF showing form with extra points awarded for most novel reply!

I got done too.
Having my windscreen replaced the company made a bit of job of it, I was told by our overseas TVR guru that I deserved the hassle because I didn't check them out in the first place
Heres me thinking........ ring them, taking the car over and discussing would have been enough to cover my arse, no.
I didn't respond as it was about 4 days after he had posted that i noticed it I had been told off.

To be honest, I think its good to have someone who types his mind (wether he is right or wrong).
I the real world he is most likely a good guy and unlikely to say the thinks he types.

Iv'e also had some moments, apparently as the radiator in my car failed 20 years after having it re-cored, I was informed it was obviously a sub-standard job, proven by our friend as they can only be re-cored successfully in the fatherland! He also enlightened me and the world, British manufactured Girling brake calipers can not be overhauled successfully anywhere other than the fatherland. At this point he sugested I should send these parts and Mrs taz turbo to him for service... To$$er.

Yes I too was "Comedy'd" once over the colour of engine bays. If my memory serves me well if the colour of your engine bay doesnt match the colour of the car he would walk away. Best get you paint brushes out now guys just in case he comes to BBWF
