I just wanted to put up a post.
I sold my black 390SE, in the middle of Dec 2010. It was reliable in every way, a testament to previous owners and a bit down to myself.
Well I stupidly sold it, didn't i. It's on a slow boat to Australia at present. And I never get attached to cars, I've had too many, but I will miss the black beast. The looks, noise and the old skool smell of the interior, not to mention the looks you always got, people asking you to give it some.
Ah well. I'm am looking for the next toy, which will be another Tiv, (might keep my options open though)
Might be another wedge or maybe a wee upgrade to a Chimie. It's all down to pounds, shillings and pence at present, oh and the wife has to approve also. LOL
I know the new owner will look after the old mota, he seems a bit of a car buff too. Not to mention the weather over there, meaning it'll probably be on the road a lot longer too. You know her indoors was threatening to go in the boot of the car coz she was so fed up of the bad weather around the time we sold it. There was space, as there was no spare wheel. But she stayed. Ah well, cannie win them all.

With regards your car, I had a chat with her indoors over lunch before I left for work today. Well although we would love it, I bought a Landie Series 3 for the fluffy White stuff, which is really nice for a bit of fun and she who shall be obeyed insists we get rid of that first before I'm allowed to get something else. She doesnt want a garage or drive full of cars, we have 3 already.
Dam. Anyone fancy a sweet series 3 Landie. With a nice powerful Turbo Diesel engine.

Graham since I sold the beast that's all I've done, check ads. I considered a nice Rose Gold one from Lanark, but I wasn't sure if the seller would sell to me.. Eh John LOL. !
