Not quite the same, but we were doing a pressure test last year in the Middle East and as i bent over to look at the gauge the PRV lifted and i thought it was "farewell" balls and everything. The look on everyones faces was a picture when we realised we were all sill alive. Needles to say we shut the test down for the day and went for some achohol therapy.
