I have a bit of experience with Fanuc robots - we used one to look for cracks in artillery shells! I could build a robot but I'd be a crap driver, I'm useless with radio-controlled stuff whistle

The last place I worked, amongst other things, I was in charge of the programming of a six-axis Cloos robotic mig-welding system with twin 1000kg rotary manipulators.

And for the last ten years I have been designing specialist vehicles with various hydraulic and pneumatically controlled mechanisms with micro-processor control, as well as chassis, drivelines and transmissions (on vehicles from 3.5 to 22 tonnes).

So... No - not at all qualified! What we need here is a brace of spotty teenaged techno-geeks nerd

Diotor or summit like that was always my favourite cause the red felt and black polka dots always seemed to be on fire.

Pah, open a Northern office you skinflint wink

Got up at 6 this morning on the outskirts of Dublin, was aboard a ferry by 0800, off at 1215, drove round to RAF Valley for a quick job that turned out not to be, got away at 1530 and finally got to sit on my own toilet at 2000.
The joys of Britain's roads (or at least those west of the Pennines) rolleyes

I feel your pain - I am working with our sister company in France on a couple of different projects and have been having regular 5am starts to drive 4 - 5 hours to see them. I must say I'd rather the roads through northern France than anywhere on this island!
