That's us just home and we would like to add our thanks to Rob and Carole for a fantastic time, terrific job organising everything, great hosts, great venues, great roads, and of course great company and great banter.
Having a NBA drink as I type and it is going down a treat.
Thanks to all and see you all soon

Well what can i say that's not already be said, excellent weekend with loads of good friends and banter, friday night was just a blurr [well after 9pm] Sat was a great run to the castle, sat night started drinking again, 6 off us were chatting away having a good laugh and Jeff [lavander] said oh for feck sack who's dropped one then found out he was standing alone [smelly bastid] lol.
But joking aside bring on the next one.
Cheers Rob & Carol. -- and everyone else, especially John and Jill for pouring Rusty from a bottle into a hip flask with a 6mm opening and no glasses. And not even spilling a drop.

jonny.

we'd also like to thank Rob & Carole for organising an excellent weekend the amount of effort was apparent in the successes of the weekend, thanks again, and to everyone else without whom these events would be the same, Jul's was made up with her (well deserved) ASBO, its going to be framed & hung in her office (spare bedroom).

Managed to get home with anything else falling off the wedge, see you at the next one. PS my round for the rusty next time out!!

Hi everyone

Well thanks to everyone for making the weekend a success.

You are a great bunch of people and never fail to make these get togethers special.

Thanks to the gang for coming to the rescue yesterday, quicker than the RAC case on the other side of the road and they had been there before us.

To everyone who recieved an ASBO keep up the good work, sorry that Jonny ended up with one of Hottys, but i was also looking out of one eye that night.

Thanks again and roll on the Rusty.

Rob & Carol

not sure if i ve got the pics on right !

Yes great weekend a scream, thanks to the effort put in by Rob and Carol.

I brought the good weather up with me, told you i would cool

Tracey has written the names down of most the villages, castles and the some of the hotels we passed for a revisit when the kids are older rolleyes

COME ON YOU OTHER WEDGERS, THIS IS NOT A LITTLE CLUB
Some of the fun is getting were its at, its not about racing about, we had some great drives out in some great countryside that i have never seen or likely to again.
I like the fact of packing a few of my tools for those possible little jobs along the way and then when a little work on one motor was need we had a crack team in place in 30 seconds, nearly strip it down, tyre change and new oil all in 10 mins and the car was rolling.
In the evening it not about cranks and pistons, good job as i know bugger all.

SO COME ON, as RN3 is the west coast of scotland biggrin
(more rustys dixy, sorry Kim we will get you another room)

Take full stick for the roofs not a problem, young un in the wedge with me and he was cold. Kids first wedge second.

2000 ft above sea level bit nippy up there for him, some people dont even travel that far to an event.

Cheers
