Where can I get good door frames for a 1985 350i Wedge FHC?

Mine have been repaired a few times in the past and are nearly gone?

Mario

I have recently had a new set fabricated and they look fantastic!

They were made from sourced runner uprights in 'H' section and fabricated top sections and and 45 degree parts which are 'C' section, this also means that the rubber sits up inside a little higher but has no detrimental affects.
The triangle front section and angle part on the door top was also remade and I drilled them to fit.

They worked out to be about £150 each and needed a slight bit of reworking once made due to the movement in the body and the door hinges etc, but once sprayed matt black they look like new.

If you want Ill send you some pics tomorrow when I take her out for a blast.

Ive also got a pretty decent pair of original frames, they have had repairs but are sturdy and more than serviceable if you are interested.?

Hi Stu, Any idea of these will fit a drop-head doors? I've taken the door apart and everything seems recoverable other than the window runners.

I live in hope. Shane
