Am I glad I took the wedge....
Discussion
Was going to retrieve the company hack to collect a part from Cambridge area (company fuel), but as I was running late decided to go in the wedge for a proper road test following the work completed... 200+ miles
later
even with the 4 fuel stops it was well worth it.. Hatfield tunnel was a pleasant surprise! Got to know the car again properly.. Peninsula seem to have done a very good job this time.. even fixed my floppy gear knob (didn't ask them to either) only saw one other TVR though (Tuscan).. obviously everyone else was working

Cheers Steve - thankfully no lowloader required
Funnily enough I did manage to track one down on ebay - the one which is no longer made by Momo - brand new/boxed.. should get it within the next week.. you can have a look and decide if it is right for your car - it's not quite the same design as the one on the 400 from the pictures but near enough...

Hells tits!
FOUR fuel stops in 200 miles or so??!!
Jesus, makes my 390 look positively economical (3 fuel stops in 350 miles)
Ian
Didn't think twice over that number of stops until you mentioned it. Normal 'innit?
depends significantly on loud pedal..
and unfortunately traffic
although I didn't hit much of that at all >> Edited by seamus on Tuesday 18th May 17:49
