mini R56 engine building

im a cardiff based mini racer and am having little luck finding an engine builder in the area with some interest /experience of modern mini engines......does anyone know of a firm / individual that might help sort my blown R56 turbo 1.6s engine...i would like ideally like to do business with someone keen on racing or wanting to get into racing...
