Exhaust work

Hello,

I have an exhaust flexi pipe that I won’t to de-flex by getting something welded over the flexi bit, (that way I keep the warranty valid on the exhaust).

Any recommendations on a place to do good welding on this, around Cardiff – J34 M4?

Is it stainless?

If so - I would recommend Pro-Speed in Cardiff - did a great job on mine (new SS down pipes and repairs).
