Posting a link to a video/FLV file?

Hi guys

I have done this in the past but forgotten how!

So what is the syntax for posting a link to a video or flash hosted on another site like Photobucket?

You can't embed the video in PH, but to link it you can copy and paste the link from your browsers address bar into your post and PH will auto-link it for you.

I did post a link in the end as I couldn't find another way!
