Short Run & Lunch recommendations please

Looking for suggestions for somewhere to go for a shortish run tomorrow and a stop at a nice pub for lunch ideally no more than 1 1/2 hours drive from Cardiff. Any suggestions?

Where did you end up Dave, we went out and had lunch at the Trout Inn at Beulah (Treflys on Multimap), some nice roads to get there as well. Multimap shows 1hr 55 but it goes the long way around and not via th chapels and B4519 etc so 1hr 30 within reach especially in your car!
