Tailor in Cardiff

Can anyone recommend a tailor in the Cardiff area? I need the arms on my suit shortening from the shoulder rather than the cuff so need a skilled tailor.

There's a place on city road opposite the Roath Park pub, been there a while, not sure how good they are though.
