Front Bumper Respray in Cardiff

Anyone recommend a good paintshop in the locale for a quick respray of an Audi A3 front bumper?

I've used LMC in the past for a similar job on my S2.

I'm being recommended S&E on Colchester Avenue Industrial Estate.

Third for Clive Jones. Both I and a mate of mine use him, always been very happy. Plus he's quick - I had a new bumper and wing fitted and resprayed in a metallic colour and he only had the car for 48 hours.
