PHEA Run: Not The Royal Jubliee Run - Tuesday 5th June
Discussion
Afternoon everyone.
This is really a "sum up" and actual list thread, following on from B'stardChild's own thread from April - ( CLICK HERE to view this original thread).
With the Royal Jubilee, comes the Bank Holiday Tuesday on 5th June.
Meeting details yet to be completely confirmed, but will be around Norwich Airport in late morning, with a lunch stop in Cromer, before ending in Swaffham.
The list so far:
B'stardChild - SLK
Ed - Merc 220TE
KelWedge - TVR erm...Wedge
7litrebig - Golf GTi
McClure - Panda (maybe)
robbsm - GTR
Gixeh - Something with two wheels (maybe)
iluvmercs - RS4
rstarron - Volvo 940
So if you don't fancy staying to watch the Jubilee coverage and wish to have a drive round some (hopefully) empty roads, why not come along! Any car, anybody welcome!
See you all then!
Darren

I'm heading up to Nottingham tomorrow afternoon now so will not be joining. Probably a good job as looking at the list I'd be horrendously out-gunned!
Have a good one, all.

Thank you BC, a good day out apart when it tried to rain, not your fault! Not may cars but a good run out, fun, flames, and grass in the middle of the road.
Yeah - excellent day and keep quite about the green laning "one life Live it" brigade will be over this thread like a rashMany thanks to BC for organising a fantastic day out. A small group certainly made it easier for us all to stick together.
Shame the route had to change, but it certainly changed for the better, considering the traffic.
I enjoyed seeing you all and meeting a new member and his lovely flame-throwing GTR!
Largely, excellent weather with wonderful mix of roads - open sweeping, occasionally challenging and very fast in places.
Great fun. The next Run I'll be organising will be on Sunday 8th July on hopefully empty coast roads.
Thanks again everyone. Sorry I was 20 minutes late
