Work site at necton

Does anyone know what the site is that's on the hill between Necton and Fransham.
I'm just being noisy no other reason for asking

Been informed that it's going to be a new substation, must be some size because that is a big site. Andy.

Chap I work with lives in Necton and he said they're not as fussy as the Dunham lot. Apparently it's a substation to handle power from the windmills offshore.
