Weighbridge location please

Please, can somebody point me into the direction of a public weighbridge? The closer to Bury St Edmunds the better. I have tried Google but cannot still couldn't get the address I need. Thanks.

The public weighbridge in Bury is between Barton road and Marlows ( near the main sugar beet entrance).

Come from the Barton road and turn to Marlows. It is about 300 yards up on the left.... ( at least it was when I got pulled for overloading !! )

Where are you based ?? I may know one nearer to you.

Costs £7-00.

Between 0900hrs and 1700hrs.

Don't need to book...just turn up.

You can always turn up at Muntons in Stowmarket, and give the operator a wink !
That is where I have taken my cars before.

I'm in the Town so just a few minutes from the sugar beet. Next time I take out the old caravan I shall get it onto that weighbridge.
