Man with a van. B.S.E./ Stowmarket area

Hi folks.
I am looking for a recommendations for a reliable 'Man with a van' to move my elderly and disabled Uncles' belongings.
He lives in a one bedroom bungalow in Thurston and needs to move to Elmswell, within the next two weeks.
The usual bed, sofas chair and boxes sort of stuff.
Have any of you got the contact details of someone that you would use again ?
