No PHEA meeting this month

Just in case you didn't already know, there's no regular 'last Sunday' meeting this month at the Gardener's Arms, Tostock, near Bury. This is because PHEA Northern Division will be at the Stamford Show that day, and PHEA Southern Division will be going to Lavenham the next day

However for September and onwards, it will normal service.

At the the next meeting your will see a siimmer fitter racingdude as I have been undertaking a fitness programme used by World Championship winning race drivers.
