PH Smart fortwo in Cambridge this morning!

whilst on a trip into Cambridge this morning, i saw a yellow W reg Smart in the West car park of the Grafton centre opposite Next with a dirty great PH piston smilie adorning its rear screen!
so who was it then?! unfortunately i didn't have time to hang around and find out in person...

Yep that was me - well spotted. Thought I'd pop into the chavcentre Grafton to get some things & got accosted by two good looking World Poverty charity chaps wanting my account details.
