PHEA Turkeyfest 2007 (Christmas meal !!)

Right then, after much debate on the venue I can now announce that this years PHEA Christmas feast will be held at The Red Lion, Icklingham.

See here for the location.

The date of the festivities is Sunday 9th December, time to be confirmed, but around 1pm I guess. We will have the whole dining room to ourselves with a maximum of 50 places available on a 'first come first served' booking basis.

Bookings will need to be made through me as last year. I will require a deposit of £10 per head, number of places required and the choices for each person from the menu to secure your places. As well as posting on here could you please email me your choices via my profile, I will then email my address back to you in order for you to send the deposit. Also if not obvious from your email address please attach your forum name also.Thanks

Please note that all meals need to be pre-ordered and cannot be changed on the day (pub rules not mine). All orders and deposits need to be to me by Friday 30th November please.

Well this really is a suprise. Last year we had 31 book for this, so far the list stands at 10. I will give it this week but if nothing changes I will have to cancel this to be fair to the pub.

That list looks abit healthier, numbers slowly going up! Ian, put me down for 1 place, will e-mail my choices over ASAP, for some reason it wont let me see the menu at work!?!?!
