I have just had my car and van broken into on my drive.

01:15 Monday morning, I heard their car running out side the house, looked out the window to see them searching through my car.

Got car keys and made chase caught up with them and made damage to the rear of thier car.

please look out for a dark green Vauxhall Omega with broken rear lights, bumper and boot damage in the Norfolk area.

Worstead, tunstead, wroxham and north walsham.

Must be a local car as they knew the back lanes very well.

Don't think they expected a race car driver (hobby)in a 4.0 Jeep grand Cherokee ramming them from behind.

Thanks

Any help would be much appreciated

These guys (at least 2 pos 3)were really desperat to get away they first reversed into me at the first junction we came to promting me to put my foot down and push back they then threw all they could out the window at my car then they drove like they had a death wish. I should say they had probably been at this kind of thing for a few hours and had alot of stolen gear in the car. I must say that if you do come across them then maybe just call the police or contact me and I'll do it.

Thanks

Yes I know it's gone 4 in the morning but I have two kids in the house and a worried wife, my mind is working overtime now are they comming back for revenge etc, etc. I know it's unlikely but you know how it is.

Im sure they wont return, if you have the balls to chase after them and have had a little rubbing on route they will look for an easyer target next time.
sorry to hear of this, you wonder what you would do in a similar situation.... pop a 12 gauge out the window!!

I am on the case, apparently they have been working a patch just outside Sheringham/Cromer.

Just to help narrow the search.

Thanks

Just to show you the kind of backwards idiots we are dealing with here.

One of them was wearing a reflective yellow coat with reflective silver bands on it.

"lets go out in the dark stealing things but wear my special reflective coat"

I have been told by the bib that there is three of them and they have been up to this for a while now, probably in thier late twenties or early thirties.

I also don't think that they have the 2.5 V6 as when I was pushing them for a good 800/900 yards they couldn't pull away and only did when I braked. I would expect that they 2.5 would be able to pull away from my 4.0 grand cherokee jeep.

It's not "ramming". It's "tactical contact".

Seriously, supportive thoughts.

Consider deleting your posts. An investigator with nothing better to do could start an investigation into *you* for dangerous driving based on them. If there are any potential witnesses (yes, *including* the thieves you disturbed) you run the risk of ending up being the one in court yourself. And your posts could be used as part of the evidence package against you.

No reg no, and not alot of damage to the jeep. The wife crashes it about twice a year so it's not as bad as usual.

It was all over in a flash and I commited the cardinal sin and didn't get the VRN.

The police have said these guys are working around Felbrigg so keep your eyes pealed.
