Not sure which is the most difficult at the moment, selling is as quite as a grave and even tho the car market is flooded with used cars (daily driver stuff) to find a good'un at a fair price is almost impossible. Still, the way the money markets are going I could end up mothballing my car for a few years and going to auction to find a daily runner. What say you?

I agree. Looking to sell my wife '55 plated Chrysler Grand Voyager.
Those dealers that have said they would take it are offering very low (£2k off trade in price in some cases) offers. Private sale of the car is not happening either.
Buying a new car though (year old not brand new) is also hard as dealers dont seem to want to budge too much on price.

Million dollar question is sell it now or wait until Jan/Feb time but see the price of ours drop........

With a classic, I would probably wait as the 'disposable income' bracket is being tightened by the interest rates etc and Christmas so there may be more 'spendable' money around in the Spring?

I'm afraid Crankedup's profile picture is almost as sold as his car/s! He now has a 1909 Cholmondely-Crowthorne.
