hi i know this has been covered before.but where is the best place to get 2 17inch wheels refurbed in norfolk-norwich are.also what sort of price would it be

The best place is New Image, just off that steep hill behind the EDP building.

It's roughly £60+VAT for a powder coat refurb, or diamond cut edge were £120+VAT when I had mine done last year.
