Anyone going or interested in either of these days? Both are Saturdays..

1st March is through Motorsport Vision
8th March is through Heritage Trackdays

I think both are approx £150 for the day.

Looking to book one of the two.

Hmmm might do this instead of Marham (kinder to tyres biggrin)

Patrick, have you sold the GT or just bought a nice new track toy to compliment it? (pic in profile)

I might do an afternoon of one of these. I prefer to just pop up in the afternoon (having pre-booked it though!) and doing a few quiet sessions as most people tend to finish around lunchtime, despite paying for the day. Very odd.

Heritage Trackdays run some very good days at Snetterton & often have a few tasty/unusual cars & drivers(!) there aswell.

I have booked a holiday which ends the weekend of Marham so I can't make Marham so looking to do another instead.

Hmmm....it all sounds interesting stuff! All 3 of these are before my car goes in for its body work, and that one in Feb is before my next major service scratchchinhehe

You wouldn't be thinking of tracking the car before it's service would you ?
Seems the wrong way round to me.

Tom
I'm a bit stacked with work at the moment. Having said that, I really need to get away and get some fun time in.
I've got free insurance with MSV trackdays so I'd rather go for one of those.
That's a bit of a weasely answer, but it's all I've got for now.

It would be an early oil service, only. Would you still recommend getting it serviced before?
Having asked that, I certainly see your logic yes

Yes,
If you're tracking, you need fresh brake fluid, fresh oil and new oil filter at least. Also a really good look round your brakes and tyres. Maybe some of the other service items are less important, but those things will be stressed much more than normal.
That's how I see it, but that's just my way of doing stuff.http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/imgs/10.gif
Can't figure out these blasted smileys though.
