What the hell's wrong with the telly?

Last night the reception was so bad on the 5 analogue channels (poor picture and no sound) that I fired up the Freeview box - and that was even worse. I thought my aerial had fallen off. But the neighbours are the same.

Tonight - same again. Don't modern transmitters work in frost?
