The other weekend, myself and two other PH'ers (Stu_9thgate and Monsterchub) went for a Sunday morning drive. Nothing silly, just making the most of February sunshine and the clear roads available early on.

Wondered if there was anyone else locally who fancied it?

Meet up around 8am, set off on some nice roads, stop somewhere after 40 mins or so for a coffee, bacon sarnie and a chat (nose round other cars), then head back.

No racing, no larking about, just an excuse to take your p&j out and still have a full day to do family stuff etc.

If anyone fancies it, let me know and i'll inform them of our next planned outing so you can join us.

Cheers

Whatever we choose.

Nothing to stop us coming your way, shame you're 'that' side of the water though?

What time does the Reedham Ferry open?

Wot's wrong with being this side of the water.?
The old boys at work used to say "they're a funny old lot over the water". So that's you lot then. getmecoat
The run down to southwold via beccles is alright.
The coast road of Norfolk is alright.
Can't think of anywhere inland that's really nice to go to, especially if it involves the A47/A11 direction.

Anyone else with an enthusiasm for cars is my cup of tea.

Darren in a Lotus... You don't strike me as an Elise driver; it'd be a real departure from the barges you usually drive. What you need is a Lotus Carlton biggrin

I would like to welcome the new geographic plotting operative

You like your google earth so maybe thats the way to do it?!

This sounds good though, we could go that side one time, then the south contingent could come our way, good pint at the ferry!

And i know what you mean about the other side of the water, its a rum old place
