Ideas for next year.
Discussion
Right Ive decided to start a thread so we can do a few more things next year.
I have worked at Foxhall International raceway for the last 8 years. I know the guy who is now back there sorting the show side of things out, I think I could sort a night out where we could show our cars in a closed area where the public could view them , Maybe even drive round the track for the public in the interval (will depend on the meeting) and watch a good nights racing, would prob be best when the National Hot Rods are racing, proper race cars (as hannah will testify as i took her a while back) 2ltr, space frame chassis 200 bhp, nearly 40 cars in the final. I will add a video
Would anyone be interested in an evening like this? will probably be in the spring.

I certainly can testify that it is an EXCELLENT night out and perfect for us petrolheads. You get to look round the cars/hotrods/nutjobmobiles that the crazy guys are driving BLOODY fast round a small track beforehand.
I'll definitely come along again Steve (but hope to ASAP before), just make it before April 2009! Otherwise it's a bit far to travel from Canada! Although, I'm sure, worth it.
The portions of chips they sell are very large too.
Trust me to remember that.
Oh and Steve is da main man there too. The other staff bow down to him.

Yeah, I can walk to Foxhall stadium quicker then I can drive there so distance won't be a problem
With regard to time of year, how bout the speedeworth weekend they have, all differnet hot rods, stock cars etc. and very good crowd and weather. Ground for parking's abit bumpy but nothing that hasn't been encounted before.

Hi Mate, it would never happen at Spedeweekend its just too busy, if I can sort it for a qualifiying round of the hot rods we would probably be able to park inside the stadium behind the bar,And the road is smooth to there
