EVO did a buying guide a while ago an even featured Darren's car http://www.evo.co.uk/buying/buyingguide/245446/aud...
Also worth a read is their end of term report http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evolongtermtests/2...

Hi ya Steve.
Nothing major springs to mind, as I've had nothing major go wrong with mine! That linked EVO article is good for info.
There is a factory recall for the boot-mounted battery bracket. If it hasn't been done, it may take a little while as it requires a specialised tool, so I was informed by Audi.
Watch for a chopping, uneven ride, as that could mean the DRC is on the blink. Touch wood, I've had no problems with mine.
Also, on full lock, I had a creaking from the front suspension arm. This has been replaced under warranty.
The alloys are a known issue, with reference to lacquer peel. So check if a refurb has been done, it's a decent one - mine need doing
There's nothing else I can think, to be honest. It appears to be a pretty reliable motor
