Man & Van southend area

Anyone knows a man&van service in the Southend area ?

Am moving house and a GTO isn't the most ideal car to do this with.

If i see a regular delivery driver of ours i will ask him. he an old boy with his own van based in benfleet. Hopefuuly see him sometime this week if it helps.

I've got friday off, and over the weekend i'm working 6 till 18 so would have to be around 7:30ish if he can only do weekends.

Sorry for the delay. just found out which is typical he has sold the van to the company who he used to work for so cant use it himself anymore.
