Any recommendations? I don't usually trust the KwikFit types.

It's only for a Mini, so I don't need anything too fancy!

Another vote for Elite. Their 4 wheel alignment transformed a T5.

Mocom Racing if you did want to go for a really decent setup. They're in Harlow but worth the money and travel.

+2 - decent facility there and really sorted out the handling on my old car.

I used to use Elite up until one of their spanner monkeys, completely ruined one of my wheel adaptors through sheer negligence and, using an impact gun to re-fit the wheel that i had a new tyre fitted to, stripped the thread in adaptor.
Made me think was Saturday a bad day (if any day was a good day) to take my car in for work to be carried out, what started out to be a routine tyre change cost ME money nono
True they have excellent equipment but, not excepting liability, i completely lost faith in their fitters and, a place i have been going to for years just suddenly became a thing of the past.

I wouldn't use Elite if you have something nice. Only time i've ever been there I had spanner monkeys pawing all over my car.

Try TDI in Lakeside, not far away and they have some good kit.

I would advise staying well clear of their tyre fitting service. I can only describe the results from my visit as down right dangerous.

I just hope that the guys doing the alignment did a good job. At present it seems fine, but I won't be rushing back. Not happy.

Try these chaps in Chelmsford - always sorted my alignment issues superbly.

We use Skidmarques to do all our Ford GT work.
A new small set-up handily just over the road from us and only a few miles from Brentwood.
