Telecoms engineer/ phone line installer near chelmsford

Hi all,

anyone a Telecom engineer that can install a phone line for me please? I have the master socket in my living room, but also a phone line in my conservatory, which has a cable in the back off it, but does not appear to be connected, I would like the conservatory line connected to the master socket,
